个人学习工作简介
      查正宝,合肥工业大学黄山青年学者,教授。2013年在哈尔滨工业大学获博士学位,曾荣获哈尔滨工业大学第十六届优秀博士论文(共19篇),2011年度教育部“博士研究生学术新人奖”获得者,师从国家杰出青年基金获得者、北京大学工学院戴志飞教授。先后在美国亚利桑那大学和休斯顿卫理公会研究所从事癌症等相关疾病的博士后研究。
      近年来,针对肿瘤细胞异质性及信号通路补偿性激活特征,深入研究肿瘤细胞与正常细胞的代谢差异,构建一系列基于肿瘤细胞代谢及微环境响应的药物靶向递送系统及诊疗一体化制剂,为临床癌症早期诊断和治疗提供新思路。截止目前,已在Advanced Materials, Biomaterials,Chemical Communications, Nanoscale, ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, Applied Physics Letters等期刊发表SCI论文32篇,其中以第一或通讯作者身份发表19篇,2篇获评“高被引论文”,论文被引总次数超过1100次。

1、基于肿瘤细胞代谢及微环境特征响应的药物制剂研究
